XSD ZAM SOLAR DAMPER MASS PRODUCTION AND IMPLEMENT ON SOLAR TRACKER PROJECTSSince 2013, XSD has been manufacturing dampers for photovoltaic tracking systems and has accumulated extensive project application experience. We understand that most customers have high requirements for surface anti-corrosion treatment and product lifespan. Therefore, XSD has developed dampers for photovoltaic trackers assembled using zinc-aluminum-magnesium material. Both the oil barrel and dust cover of this damper are made of zinc-aluminum-magnesium material. (Zinc-aluminum-magnesium is a new type of material widely used in the photovoltaic mounting industry, known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and the self-healing property of its working surface after cutting and drilling.)
Compared to traditional painting processes, the zinc-aluminum-magnesium damper offers the following advantages:
- 1.Increased wear-resistance.
- 2.A more aesthetically pleasing silver appearance.
- 3.Lower surface temperature than black dampers, thereby extending the lifespan of internal oil seals.
- 4.No need for painting, making it more environmentally friendly.
